The new Nissan GTR has been out for some time but yet continues to be involved in enormous amounts of love and hate debates on the internet. There are many websites out there that continue to bash the poor Nissan GTR over its warranty issues or its lack of a 6 speed trans but the fact remains the car delivers stunning performance, styling and daily reliability at an affordable price.
Indeed a great looking car at a mere $75,000, the Nissan GTR delivers great performance and reliability for a bargain and despite its issues.
The car is capable of near 200 mph speeds, a quarter mile time of 11 seconds and broke the record around the Nurburgring crushing its Porsche 911 Turbo rival. So why the hate? The hate simply comes from the fact that people automatically hate what they don’t like to admit. This car is better than theirs. The car performs better than the original bang for your buck Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 and is the same price but yet looks and drives much better, so Corvette people will hate it and as far as Porsche owners, well they were hurt too because a car that is half the cost simply blows its doors off but the fact remains that you love it or hate it, the Nissan GTR is a force to be reckoned with and a staying power in the car customization game but as all the reviews say: it lacks that recognition factor that the Porsche has and its not as cheap to mod as the Corvette but it is the new Nissan GTR and it is stunning.
