Devil In a New Dress – Matte Red 997TT

When Porsche introduced the 991 early last year, I was excited not only for the new models, but also because I knew that we were about to see a wave of highly modified 997s come through the pipeline.

What started as an “ordinary” Porsche 997 Turbo, transformed almost overnight by our friends at Wheels Boutique, ADV1, and Vorsteiner, into the machine gracing your computer screen right now.

Let’s skip the pleasantries and get right down to the specs. Wheels Boutique kicked off the build by stripping the factory aero and installing a full Vorsteiner 997TT Aero Kit. Instead of going the factory paint match route, the owner of the car opted for a full, devlish matte red wrap installed by The Sign Savers.

From there, the boys at ADV1 stepped in to finish the project off properly. Their new 6.2 Track Specs optioned in 20 x 9.0 in the front and 20 x 12.5 in the rear filled the wheel wells nicely. They finished the spoke surfaces in matte black, and used gloss black on the trim, lips, and inner barrels.

Pretty fantastic, don’t you think?

The custom blue Brembo brake calipers are a nice touch as well, adding a great accent to the already very well thought out build. The only thing missing is a space in our garage for it! We’re sure her current owner is treating her well, and we will definitely be on the lookout if we see this beautiful machine for sale on the open market any time soon.
