If your purchase includes physical books, domestic shipments are made within 3 business days and international shipments are made on the 15th and 30th of each month. You will receive an email confirmation with shipment details when your order is processed.

Downloadable Content: If your purchase includes downloadable content such as eBooks, in most cases you will be able to download your content once you log into your account. Some downloadable content may be available through your Order Receipt email which is emailed to you, via clicking the blue button labeled “Get Instant Media Access”. Please check your spam/junk folders. The link does expire after 3 days. Keep in mind, downloadable files should usually be downloaded to a computer first, and then can be transfered to any of your other devices, if you prefer.
***Note: if the email used for this order is already associated with a Secret Entourage account, simply login to your account using that email and you will have access to any part of your order that includes the Academy or course(s). You will only receive new login information if you used a brand new email address not associated with a Secret Entourage account. If your new purchase is not accessible using your login credentials within 1 hour, please contact us immediately.
Refund Terms: Secret Entourage does not offer refunds on sales items or Secret Academy memberships. All content in the Academy is digital and cannot be retrieved/returned. All additional courses and books do have a 14-day money back guarantee when NOT purchased during a sale. You are protected and welcomed to review courses for 14 days with a 100% refund guarantee. If after going over any courses, you feel that it might not work for you, you must reach out to us via email within the 14 days to request a refund. All purchases are final after 30 days.
