You do not need a PayPal account to order through the Secret Entourage Online Store. You will be given the choice to choose to pay with your credit card during checkout. If the credit card checkout form is not visible, look for the link to choose to pay with your credit card as illustrated below:




Or you may be asked to login to PayPal if you have an account, at which point you can simply Continue to pay with your Credit Card:




Secret Entourage does not see or store your Credit Card information. PayPal (a subsidiary of eBay, Inc) processes your Credit Card information directly, using industry-leading security and fraud prevention. Your transactions are secured with 128-bit encryption and once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt of your transaction.

Secret Entourage uses USPS for shipment of all items being shipped directly from the Secret Entourage store.
Additionally, all shipments will receive tracking information.

Please refer to each specific product for shipping times.

If for any reason you feel like the eBook you purchased directly through our store page had no impact on your thinking or was not of value to you, simply email us at service@secretentourage.com within 14 days of your purchase with why you did not like the ebook and we will gladly refund your money within 3 business days of receiving your email.

Notes: Please note one refund per customer for all ebooks.


Secret Entourage offers no refunds or exchanges for real merchandise such as Paperback books. All sales are final.


Secret Entourage does its best to package all items carefully so that no damage occurs during transit. Should there however be damage to your order upon arrival, we will gladly work with you to ensure you receive a replacement in a timely manner. Simply shoot us an email at service@secretentourage.com within 48 hours of receiving your orders and explain the actual defects in the products.

Based on our understanding of the situation, we will send you a return label, as well as a return code to facilitate an exact item exchange. Please make sure to keep the packaging intact until you review your item and ensure that it was not damaged in transit as a result of the carrier's carelessness.

We reserve the right to request pictures of certain items prior to issuing an exchange code and reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we feel the item's defect is based upon the buyer's carelessness.


Secret Entourage does its best to bring you some of the hottest items available through our affiliates. Some of these items are located in our online store and may be purchased directly through us. By buying from our affiliates through our store, you understand that all exchanges/refunds and terms of purchase are those of our affiliates and agree to not hold Secret Entourage liable for any defects, disputes or problems that may arise from your order. You further understand that all inquiries and returns past the initial sales will be done with the affiliate themselves (i.e Amazon.com)

Any information collected during the checkout process is used to process your order and to help us troubleshoot any ordering issues that may arise. Additionally, Secret Entourage does not collect or store your Credit Card information.
