Recent signups

You've probably noticed there are more signups recently. It looks to me as if the domain has been captured by some spam software. It's pretty easy to spot - random username and occupation/location fields filled in with random data or more often the same value as the username. The way to avoid this would be to add an additional question field to the registration form asking something specific and unique about SE.

We know. We used a spam prevention plugin but we believe it caused issues with signups. Will probably use a double captcha setup at signup.
