In 2012, she was named a Top 100 Small Business Influencer by Small Business Trends. Her last company MyCorporation.com was responsible for helping more than one hundred thousand Corporations and LLC's get their start. In 2005, she sold that company to Intuit for $20 mil. She was recently featured in Inc.com and appears regularly on the Fox Business Small Business Center segment sharing starting a business and incorporation tips.

 At the moment, Nellie is the CEO & Founder of CorpNet, a company based on the simple philosophy of truth in business and passion to assist small business owners and entrepreneurs in America get their business off the ground in a fast, reliable, and inexpensive manner.
